Every new listing needs a fresh measurement and fresh photos. That's the job on every single shoot, and iGUIDE bundles it into one visit:

  • Accurate floor plan with room dimensions and total square footage
  • Professional still photography of the property, shot by VaRoom Studios
  • 3D virtual tour with floor-plan navigation, included with every package
  • Nearby amenities map (schools, transit, groceries) for buyers
  • Delivered within 24 hours for standard packages, hosted in one shareable link for MLS, Facebook and your own site

Standard vs. Premium

Standard iGUIDE is the full package above: floor plan, still photos, and 3D tour.

Premium iGUIDE adds extra detail to the floor plan (appliances, counters, fixtures) and the option to view the 3D tour in VR goggles.

Exact pricing depends on square footage, so get in touch for a quote specific to your listing. Add-ons and special requests fall outside the 24-hour delivery window.

Add-On

Aerial Photography

Some properties need the bigger picture, like acreage, waterfront, a long driveway, or a lot line that's hard to show from the ground. We add drone photos to any iGUIDE booking to give buyers that context.

Aerial shots are booked alongside your iGUIDE package, not on their own. Just let us know when you book.

Listing Video

A calm, professionally edited walkthrough with steady pacing. There are no flashy speed ramps or fast cuts, just a smooth tour of the home that combines drone footage with stills. Good for social media and for standout listings that want extra reach.

Video is less common than a standard iGUIDE shoot, but it’s available as an add-on for the listings that call for it.
